Dr Beynon's Bug Farm
As the planet begins to question how we can farm enough food to feed a growing population without damaging our wildlife and ecosystems, Dr Beynon is one step ahead of the game. Using farming land to create wildlife conservation areas that allow insects to thrive, Dr Beynon is utilising the local ecosystem to provide a low carbon, alternative protein and make food production efficient. The cattle graze the arable land to allow wildflowers to grow and return the land to a busy wildlife corridor. Dr Beynon is helping to drive the future of sustainable farming.
